Aloft New York Chelsea

Amazing view from the room, modern, clean. The location couldn’t be better, Times Square is 12 minutes walking distance and so is the Empire State Building. The subway is literally 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel, several shops around it (711, McDonald’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, bakeries, souvenir shops etc). The hotel gives out popcorn every evening and they have coffee, milk, chocolate milk and water from 10am, snacks and water for pets! The elevators are quick and easy to use. You can buy some snacks in the lobby too. Bonus point is that the gym is 0-24

It is was very clean, the staff was always helpfull, I had a broken toilet and they fixed it immediately after I reported it, the location is also good, close to the high line and madison sq garden stadium, super easy to reach from the airport, the hotel was on a street with many plant and flower shops

We did not participate in Breakfast. We Door Dashed for food. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Great attitudes and always with a smile. There was nothing too small or too big they helped us with. We wanted to stay an extra night and we booked through Booking.Com. They agreed to lower the nightly rate for that last night to match Booking.com, which was 1/2 of what they were charging. Definitley will stay here when we returned.

Best thing about the Aloft Chelsea is its location, hands down. The fact that it's modern, the staff are really cool, and they throw in two drinks for a daily happy hour they hold. I found my entire stay comfortable, and very much look forward to returning!
